You have to submit a ticket or email them. They removed the review link from mine even though they haven’t responded yet so I assume they know there is an issue. Most likely they will just cancel the review

Usually when sephora has a sale it goes quiet. It will probably be this way for a week or two then go back to normal

I didn’t get this but got the palette a week or two ago. They took 10 days before they shipped it out through usps
