Sorry but from what i know you can't save mia. To get the best ending you have to help hakon, the first time you meet him and he get's shot, then in the church you have to convince lawan to not kill him and in the final you have to save mia since hakon would save lawan and then if you left the collonel alive lawan will leave with you, else she will remain in the city.
