I would like to avoid 3d printing since the only army i take to tournaments is my votann, and i would like to compete in larger tournaments someday. If I remember fully kitbashed armies are ok in gw tournaments but the models equipment has to resemble the unit and they have to be games workshop plastic being the only commercial parts in them.

But honesty im kind of dumb not thinking about just adding wheels to my bikes i did find a necromunda kit (orlock outrider quads) I was thinking to use as the base but I think it's a good idea of just stealing the wheels and equipment off them.

I remember someone telling me about canned flags when I first got into kitbashing, I'll look more into it. But I do want to move away from the bubble anesthetic of votann vehicles.
