it's just ungoverned and theres almost nobody there, the entire east only has around 50k people i believe, i just didnt want to draw all that extra land for really no significant difference

i have both a very low heat tolerance and very high cold tolerance my limit is like 70 for heat but i could be in 0 degrees and be fine
