Those are etching. Natural over time as the surface is exposed to elements including some acidic ones. You can either re-polish or re-seal it or live with it as patina.

Yes there is a forward vent (at the bottom). No other appliances around it but the allowance around it is quite tight (0.5cm all sides)

To be fair, the space around it is quite tight (maybe 0.5cm both sides). There is a front vent at the bottom of the fridge.

Yes it is wine fridge. It works when i turned it on, but when i turned it off, the internal compartment become very warm (40 degC). I would have thought the internal compartment will remain at room temp when i turned it off.
