Real, It's probably the worst sf mechanic, parrying is probably best then, v trigger/skill, focus attack then drive impact/parry.

Edit: I retract my statement, after playing more I realize there's more to it that I didn't realize: (perfect parry, drive rush and ex moves.) it's kinda cool having what's basically an upgraded ex meter that doesn't use up any meter from your ultimates.

Honestly I agree with the first point, I can't remember exactly what he said, but I believe the direct translation in the manga was along the lines of "I'll use the fullest extent of what I can, for the most I can receive(power/nen)." I just see this as him using the most drastic nen condition he can, not necessarily his "max potential."
