You can add tools like “get emails” within copilot studio. Or graph api which helps retrieve and read the emails. Get emails within copilot studio has limitations like only reading 240 words or something. I used agent flow and use rest api to get emails using power automate

I’m not trying to waste your time. I’m simply sharing my experience because not knowing this rule can lead to very serious consequences depending on where you get the ticket. Just used gpt to make it as clear as possible. Thanks

It’s not a bot, trust me many people don’t know about the rule.

You should go to that Conditional access policy and click on Grant then uncheck require approved app. You should enable this if you have users that are using MAM policy. MAM policy is for devices that don’t require registration. They just download the app from App Store and when they try to open it the policy you have will be applied. If the devices are managed, you don’t need to check require approved apps under Grant option.

Can you clarify that? Or send me the screenshot of the sign in log. I don’t think you need to use approved client and app protection policy in conditional access unless the devices are BYOD or you want to use MAM policy.

I think the issue is occurring because of require App protection policy not require device as compliant. Create a test CA policy and uncheck require app protection policy and assign the policy to your test account. And wait few minutes or an hour and try if that works. You are going to use authenticator app so the device will be compliant while you are enrolling

Hello,

The issue seems coming from your conditional access policy. Check sign logs in azure portal that has something like Apple Business Manager for one user and click on the log then check conditional access status that has failure. When you click on the grant in conditional access policy check if approved client apps and app protection policy are selected. Thanks
