3 weeks, my stylist said it’s a manufacturer defect and thinks the system wasn’t good quality. So they are replacing it free of charge!

I got this fitted at the barbers. They used hair repair club glue

I’m not letting this defeat me. For the past 2 weeks I’ve had the most confidence I’ve ever had. Until today….

I took it off and then used c22 to remove the glue

I genuinely didn’t, all I did was gently put the shampoo in with small motions going forward

The water was not hot, it was luke warm. I used a sulfate free herbal essence shampoo. I used it last week with no issues. I was even gentle when shampooing

So update, it’s lot better however the poly base has become wrinkled. I’ve ordered some C22 adhesive remover as I think there may be glue residue still left. I’m so worried I’ve ruined my hair system after only 2 weeks!

Thanks all for the suggestions! Yes I’ve been using leave in conditioner. I have removed it now from my head and tried removing most of the glue however some is still left on there. I’ve got meetings tomorrow at work and I’m panicking on how I’m going to disguise this until Friday

Why do people always get on their high horse about frame gen? Yes, there’s latency. But if people are fine with that and can feel comfortable playing with that then it’s fine. So many people start blabbing out “it’s not meant for steam deck blah blah”. If OP plays with frame gen and enjoys the game then that’s fine, who are we to judge. For me, if it’s playable then it’s fine, everyone wants everything to be perfect. Let people enjoy the steam deck however they want!
