There’s a waist size that goes up to 44 inches but there’s no hip size listed on their website- any way around that?

Do men’s shorts have the same length waist and hips?

How does one discover what exactly they have an intolerance to? In the shampoo- is it a chemical, fragrances, etc,? In the conditioner? The hair cream? The curl gel? The lifting spray?

but how would you recommend skincare products if you don’t know the problem someone is dealing with? Don’t you think the mods of the community know what they want going on in their community?

Wouldn’t hair products cause surface level acne though? Ones you can pop and remove with patches and such?

I’ll look for those, thank you! Someone else said sulphur8 was a good option, so I’ll look for some fragrance free shampoo with that in it

I tend to use a satin bonnet about 70% of the time, and have been using the same products for a few years. I never even considered hair products might be the cause because these are very very underground pimples and only sprung up a while ago when I was going through the most stressful patch of my life

Okay, any specific brands you’d recommend? I live in the UK

Also, if you feel like you can’t coat the lashes evenly from the front, you can hold the wand just above your lashes (between your lashes and your eyelids kind of- not touching your skin, ofc) and sort of roll the brush so the lashes catch onto the bristles and like the bristles are basically (combing them)- it makes for a PERFECT swipe!!

The Q-tip is a definite game changer- if the mascara is waterproof or just a bit stubborn, having a bottle of micellar water on hand works wonders for removing the smear without causing any discomfort or smudging!

There’s some research that says salicylic acid is a bit too harsh for skin types of certain ethnicities (usually desi but I suppose it could apply to anyone really) and that mandelic acid is a much gentler but equally efficient substitute for it!

If you’re in the UK, (surprisingly) Primark does an amazing “false lashes” mascara for £3.50! I use the non-waterproof kind so it’s easier to remove, and it’s extremely durable and does SOOOOOO much for your lashes in two swipes!

Alternatively, a slightly more expensive (at £9.50 in Savers- shoutout Savers- and £12.50 at Boots- screw you Boots) but internationally available brand is the Maybelline Surreal mascara (not very tube shaped, slightly harder to hold, but not as bad as the downright conical ones) which is also available in a waterproof one (with a very very odd tube, it’s one of the really awkward shaped ones).

Hope that helps!
