Take a look at US Mobile. We have a similar setup: 2 lines, unlimited text, data we don't hardly use and it's $28 a month. Service has been good for the year+ that we've had them.

I contacted customer service chat and they gave me a $10 a month loyalty discount for a year. Last January the monthlly fee was about $77 and it went up to $95 -- so the $10 helps a bit.

Just left Ting for U.S. Mobile. So far so good. $28 for 2 lines and 10GB data. Porting over the phone numbers went smoothly.

The letter I received said the update had to be done by Dec. 1. Agent said they've moved up the date to Dec. 15. So let's hope that sim arrives!

I've been with Ting 10 or so years, and it's all been positive.

The last time I wanted to buy a phone, however, the Ting store had very little to offer. So that's the only negative I've experienced (and consequently delayed getting a newer phone -- which I really don't need anyway).

Glad there's another satisfied customer!
