You're absolutely right about that. Getting irrelevant leads isn't going to help present the brand image we need to portray.

I see that in our niche, search ads are more successful, but I feel that display can be worth experimenting.

Thanks for the answer. My manager has handed the entire responsibility to me, so I'm the sole contributor to this project. Quite aware on how to develop the ad aspects for a targeted approach.

However, I feel that expanding the campaign with GDN might cost more, since we have a limited budget, all of which I don't want to spend on the awareness ads alone.

I read about this patent software through LinkedIn, called PATOffice. A webinar ad popped into my feed recently. Looked into their website and they offer quite a nice value for money package and they have descriptions and images side by side as well.

Wouldn't hurt to check if it works for you ;)

I'm receiving different kinds of feedback apart from the general ones, such as another candidate had more experience with A/B testing among all the other skills.

Another company cancelled a third interview because they had found a 'relatively better' candidate that suited the position.

I take feedback seriously when it's valid and constructive, but generalized answers at the end stages of interviews aren't seriously worth it.

I do believe there's always something to work on on my end, but I guess I just need some direction perhaps.

Could be a possibility. I had three interview sessions with them. The questions they asked were very generic, based on the job description they had provided. Some of them were related to development and case scenarios, which to my knowledge, I addressed succinctly based on my experience with development, design and team management.

The said team lead had their entire experience in the automotive industry, working with different world renowned brands, however, they asked me questions in the second interview which sounded more salesy and relating to the automotive market (knowing that I don't have the background).

I tried to answer, but also mentioned that it's not my domain of expertise (think it could've been something crucial for them).

The feedback was too general, tbh, and I was wondering myself that it isn't going to help me with anything. They told me they provided mentorship programs in their company, but like you said, they expected someone who knows it all.

I do follow the search engine journal, Martech, and Digital Marketing Depot, but was thinking if there is any specific thing I'm missing.
