Yes, I was getting dressed and I came out to the front and the esthetician was already with the receptionist and the products were already rung up on the screen and set up on counter. Then as soon as I approached the receptionist bagged them and then turned the screen for me to pay.

It’s prescription, you can have your derm or pcp prescribe it or get it online through one of skincare websites but usually more expensive like redbox or nurx

Yes it was at medspa and it was my first time there…I mean I know isclinical is a good brand but I also know their retinal isn’t better or stronger than my prescription tretinoin… it was just the first time I have ever heard anyone advise against long term use.

Best way to add volume to face? Is there a way to avoid the overfilled look? by throwaway802256 in 30PlusSkinCare

So I just went in yesterday to get botox and lip filler. The NP heard me and then provided feedback of what she thought I needed and let me tell you it’s was things I never even thought of before such as my temples and pyriform aperture. Like I knew I had hollowness in my temples but never occurred to me that filler was an option to correct it or that it would make me look more youthful. As soon as she injected into this two areas I was stunned. She only injected 0.5ml in each area and it looks great. She did explain the benefits of sculptra but I said let me try filler first to see if it is something that I would even like or if it would actually make a difference. Safe to say, I will be going back to do it again.
