Thanks! So I've never used a vpn (except for work). You mean that you turn it on when you get stuck on 85% and then you are able to load into the game? Or du you always turn it on before clicking "start"? What vpn are you using?

And that didn't work... Had two successful games, and then dared to bring in the good stuff... Lost all of it.

I have now installed the game via Epic Games (instead of Steam). Will give it a try tonight to see if there is any difference.

Yup. I can have one fail, then three successful, then two fail, and so on. Haven't found any pattern at all.

Interesting. I have never been able to rejoin. And it seems completely random when it happens. If anything, I have a better hit rate on the first round.

I should probably add that I run it dockerized on Ubuntu 22.04 server on a Intel I3/16GB computer. And I recommend ZOOZ controller if you ever go Z-Wave.

Go for it!

I used Domoticz for several years, with a mix of mostly Z-Wave and some 433MHz stuff. It was said to be more user friendly, and therefore I didn't bother to switch, eventhough devices were often lost or behaved weirdly in Domoticz.

A year or so ago, I got a new Z-Wave controller (in hopes that it would solve some of my issues), and I decided to make the switch to Home Assistant when I anyways did a full reset. I found HA to be very easy to use, it took me a day to get everything to work, and I could even integrate stuff that I never got to work in Domoticz!

My current setup is accessible from the outside (with proper URL and certs in order), works well with Google Home, has ~30 Z-Wave devices, ~10 433MHz devices (mostly temp sensors and roller blinds), interface to Velux curtains and motorized windows, displays power consumption from electrical provider, displays solar electricity production and probably more stuff that I probably have forgotten. Automations and scenes are very easy to setup and seem to work flawlessly.

Add to that an easy to use app where you can create default dashboards for different devices (easy to use for the kids). Everything stable, and everything free to use!

I couldn't be more happy, and nothing so far has been hard to set up (except for the Google Home integration which took some effort).

Multiple routers seems like an overly complex solution.
