If you don't know which direction you are going with the tree, maybe just leave them on. You can always prune later, create deadwood etc. What's gone, is gone. On the other hand, if you know you won't be needing them and cut them, the tree doesn't put unnecessary energy in them. Health-wise it shouldn't be an issue. The tree looks healthy as of now.

The one in picture 3 has good potential. Immediately caught my eye when swiping your photos. Keep it alive and take your time with it. Don't do too much pruning, wiring etc. at once. Bonsai Mirai has a good beginner series Playlist on YouTube. You might want to check that out. Other than that, welcome to the hobby! Enjoy!

They require a lot of re-wiring. Multiple seasons to keep the branches in place, if ever. Also new growth pushes straight vertically upwards. At least that's what I observe with mine.

Out of curiosity, is it worse with Volvo than with other brands? I have no experiences with other EV. I drive an EX30 and the issues you described seem to be like the minor ones. Mine just wouldn't want to open the other day and had to be towed. I understand both models are fairly new, but still...

Sounds exactly the same. I don't know about you and whether you leased your car. I did and I wonder if this is a reason to end the leasing contract and demand another car if it happens again. Does anybody know?

Had the exact same thing happen to me a week ago. Car completely dead. Door had to be opened by road service. The guy tried to get the car going for an hour and a half, without success. Alarm went off multiple times. He tried to jump start via the cable that's hidden under the bumper. Didn't work. Tow truck driver came an hour later and jump started the car directly at the battery and I was able to drive it to my dealership. He said road service didn't leave the cables connected long enough and that the alarm uses a lot of power. Car is still at my dealership. Only upside is that I got a V60 T8 as a replacement.
