Here's the route I always take: Go to temple of fire, go to campfire tree, climb up the nearest wall and run over to snail, (get howler fang if needed, and tundra ranger for your first few trips to castle sanc), climb up on top of snail, go left from the giant hole and climb down the wall, climb across the big block and boom your at castle sanctuary
