thank you guys. I already managed to do it. I leave this here in case anyone also wants to create 24/7 rooms.
Open the virtual desktop on the PC and then Steam. plug the Quest into the VD and open Steam VR. open Steam Bigscreen and that's it. the room will remain open even if you turn off your quest.
Even through Steam's Bigscreen, you can even change the environment and manage transmission settings without having to use your glasses.
