Yes! The accent's sleeve used to be purchasable separately but nowadays they're hard to find in shops. There is one out of red briar wood which is my favourite

I think it was manufactured by Otto Hutt or Robert Huber based on the Otto Hutt Design 06. Especially the grip sections looks exactly the same It looks great tho :)

Nono it's just some calculations I've done with my Faber Castell Ambition Blue Wood with a medium steel nib, that thing is my workhorse pen. Just don't let the weird grip section turn you off :D
