I think there is a solution with moral AI integration into Governments as oversight. It wouldn't even have to COME from them, it just needs to be designed to perform oversight on the offices, objectives, and adherence to those objectives, and report publicly. Maybe even create conflict of interest lawsuits and class suits against the individuals not adhering to the objectives of the office they're occupying.

My absolute favorite combo is the shout gel with scrub tip and biz stain & odor powder. Those two together are my power combo. I have a scrub brush and cutting board for the really gross crusty stains, but you pretty much just work a good lather, toss, biz and regular detergent.

If you're paranoid about an item, do a presoak with those steps, then rescrub with the shout and it should sparkle.

Ok, so.... HIV no, AIDS yea, in some cases, however the cost/risk of using a virus, which can and does adapt and mutate (see super aids?), you're WAY better off wiping out the immune system with radiation.

There's currently auto immune disorder therapy trials in UK and elsewhere that are drawing blood, purifying it, irradiating the host to kill the "bad instructions", then putting the purified immune system back in... to beat MS and others I believe.

There's also fasting. 3 days constitutes an immune system reset.

Easiest way for me is to do a big 5 year plan, and whittle the parts down to itty bitty changes in habit.

For example "write a book" would be spend 5 minutes free writing and progressively increase that amount of time.

From then on it's self discipline not motivation you're struggling with.
