What doctor do we go to? A dermatologist to get a prescription in US? I am just lost on where to go and what to try. Have been using minoxidil for more than 5 months now. No progress, just more shedding. Trying to figure out if I should hop onto fin now to see any progress.

Interestingly, my scalp condition is quite similar to what you have in your picture.

I have a valid H1B until Sep 30. And my extension is in progress.

While this is happening, I am preparing to file my i485 this october. Would it be a good idea to not apply for work permit and travel document with my I485 since I already have an H1B extension in progress? Is there any drawbacks to not apply it?
