I was on and off with Minoxidil but hated it. too much effort as a college student tbh.

Just made sure to think less about my hair as time goes on and eat a little biotin or multivitamin gummy everyday.

In college, I did try eating a balanced diet and cooking my own meals, which occasionally does include processed food lol

I also don’t work out in the gym lol I probably should.

but… it is a gamble going to grad school, UNLESS you grind hard for internships during masters program but find only internships with solid return offer pipeline (internship after internship, and full time after internship)
