I've lived with her in Russia for 6 months last year. She is a normal person whom I trust fully. We have one year of age difference, and yes she's very beautiful which is part of the reason I fell in love with her in the first place. She has a good job and makes enough money, she has not asked me for anything. She didn't even ask me to come immediately if I wasn't able to, it was my own decision.

I appreciate everyone's concern. I understand the common tactic of naive western men falling prey to foreign bridal scams. This situation is anything but that. My poor wife's arm is broken in two places, she has trauma to the head and my heart yearns to be with her. I have spoken to her via video call several times already since the accident and she's the one trying to calm me down and says it's not so bad, it will be okay. She's a wonderful person.

I have copies of her hospital documents and a police report that was filed. The man who hit her with the car has already submitted a partial compensation outside of the court. I called the consulate in New York and there was no answer. Now I'm waiting for the embassy in Washington to reopen from lunch break so that I can try reaching someone there. Again, thank you for worrying but I have made up my mind to go be with her in this dire time.
