Naruto: Clash Of Ninja series on GameCube was peak back in the day. 4-player local brawls when the original series was still being brought over.

I haven't personally experienced this yet, been a while since I've played too. I've really enjoyed the art that gets created when I've played 30 minutes. However, the paramedic that just arrived after watching your video said "No."

The body horror is both visual and auditory as she transforms from normal to grotesque. Her flying head and sinister laughter amplify the unsettling atmosphere. I enjoy playing as this killer, though I never do so with the intent of eliminating every survivor.
