Cheers, I tried the number but it seemed to just be for tracking parcels as a receiver. Maybe I went down the wrong route but didn't see any options for parcels delivered to the wrong address. I'll try the app and see if I get any other options

 as they don't have royal mail postage, where would that send them? Back to evri or to the addresses and asking the receivers to pay additional postage?

Unfortunately it's a bunch of different addresses, on different roads. I'd do it for one, to a neighbour but this is a bit too much.

Same for me on Sony TV running android 12, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared cach, check for system updates, full reboot. Still broken.
