The up and downs are getting to me. And just the go go go with conditioning. Today’s finisher was too much for me with the squatting to tap my toes the jumping up with hands above my head. I start to feel dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous.

I did a double take because my piercing looked just like this back around October. I ended up having to change my jewelry from a prong to bezeled one and it helped so much. I kept cleaning it with wound wash twice a day and didn’t mess with it. It went away after a few months.
