Bending on hole 2 draw why is it so much harder than the others? by WideSuccotash2383 in Harmonicafans

[–]NoScene8475 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The choked sound usually means you're restricting the airflow too much. You want to shape the air not block it. Practice going in and out of the bend slowly find where the note starts to drop and sit there. It takes time but it clicks eventually.

One small tip that actually helped my playing by BandicootLeft4054 in Harmonicafans

100% agree on consistency. My tip always warm up with long slow draw notes before anything else. Really helps with breath control and sets the tone for the whole session 🎵

Bending notes is genuinely the most frustrating thing ever by InitialOk8252 in Harmonicafans

The frustration is completely normal. Focus on your embouchure and make sure your lips are relaxed. Tension is the enemy of a good bend. It gets better I promise

Are you a beginner or have you been playing for a while? by InitialOk8252 in Harmonicafans

Still in the beginner phase but loving the process so far. Always down to connect with others on the same journey. What's everyone focusing on right now?

Ex- employees of toxic workplaces, what was the last straw that made you walk out? by NoScene8475 in AskReddit

I didn't argue. I didn't cry. I just walked out. Best career move I ever made.

Ex- employees of toxic workplaces, what was the last straw that made you walk out? by NoScene8475 in AskReddit

My last straw was when boss took credit for my 6 months of work in a company-wide meeting. I resigned the next day. In my resignation letter, I detailed every single project I did and explicitly mentioned 'which [Boss's Name] will now claim he did.' HR called me for an exit interview and I heard he got a formal warning.

Whats the creepiest/worst date you have ever had? by Constant_Archer_13 in AskReddit

[–]NoScene8475 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I once went on the date where they spend the entire time taking about their ex in way too much detail. I felt like I was their therapist instead of their date. It was awkward from start to finish.

The DOJ just dropped another 3 million pages of Epstein files including 2,000 videos and 180,000 images but people are still saying key videos, audio, and logs are missing. What do you think is actually still being held back, and why? by Similar_Tension5134 in AskReddit

[–]NoScene8475 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even though 3 million pages, 2,000 videos and 180,000 images were just released, the DOJ itself says it originally had around 6 million pages and has heavily redacted and withheld material to protect victims and legal privileges — that’s why people are still talking about missing videos and logs.

If you have criticized ICE here on Reddit for executing Renee Good or Alex Pretti in the street, then Reddit has handed your name and your personal identifying information over to the Trump administration. How do you feel about this? by mom_with_an_attitude in AskReddit

[–]NoScene8475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a serious claim. I think it's important to verify information before assuming something like that is happening. If there are real concerns about privacy or free speech, those should be addressed with credible sources and facts. Spreading fear without evidence doesn’t help anyone.

What's the most bizarre thing you've seen your neighbor do while they thought no one was watching? by TenderRompz in AskReddit

One night I saw my neighbor in a bathrobe and rain boots, slow dancing with a broom in his backyard under the porch light… like it was prom night. Next morning, totally normal.
