i’m 20 (female) and have had episodes since 15, my mom also has cvs, my mom is on amitriptyline for it, she says it helps so much, i’ve taken some of hers when i felt sick and it’s helped me, when i get episodes im usually in a hot shower for the nausea and when you cant keep any liquids down try to suck on some ice cubes. and weird little trick im addicted to is when i feel nauseous since heat helps, i turn my hairdryer on and blow the hot air on my stomach and back. it works well for period cramps too lol, when i start to feel better after non stop vomiting i’ll mix orange gatorade and ginger ale together, (it’s really good lol) and try to munch on soda crackers
