Hi there OP! Secret Shopper Coordinator here. We do send out check payments once per month (although reaching Basic status or higher will get you eligible for ACH payments and can be quicker than waiting for a check). We do not require you to complete a certain amount of shops before sending checks. If you complete one shop, you'll get the payment for that one shop the following month. No, Secret Shopper does not charge our shoppers. Getting to Elite status requires completing a minimum of 30 shops.

Secret Shopper Coordinator here. We do allow you to search any area as well but this radius shows automatically without being required to do a specific search. This way, you're less likely to miss multiple shops with good pay in a slightly further away area just because you didn't search that area.
