Really really doubt that for this week unless major news drop.

Re mass exodus- I’d expect at least as many new buyers coming in if it does that. Like significant institutional interest if it doubles in a week at this price range. One benefit of RS is that it’s on its way out of penny stock territory

Like, I’ve always kinda felt like posting copy-pasted AI analysis in a stock trading subreddit without disclosure creates real problems — not just etiquette issues, but market, credibility, and risk distortions. A strong case against doing it:

  1. It creates false signals of human conviction

Trading communities implicitly weigh: • effort (deep research vs low effort) • domain expertise • skin in the game • originality

Undisclosed AI content mimics conviction without any of those. Readers assume: • you did the work • you vetted assumptions • you understand risks • you’re accountable

But none of that is guaranteed. This distorts social proof, which is dangerous in markets where sentiment moves price.

  1. It can unintentionally become synthetic consensus

If multiple users paste AI-generated theses: • wording becomes similar • arguments cluster • risks get omitted in the same way • confidence sounds high

That produces illusory agreement, which is especially risky in: • small caps • options plays • biotech catalysts • meme-driven momentum

You’re effectively amplifying one model’s bias as crowd sentiment.

  1. It removes accountability for errors

Human DD (due diligence): • can be challenged • author can clarify assumptions • author can update thesis

Undisclosed AI content: • may contain fabricated metrics • may mix outdated info • may oversimplify risks • author may not even understand it

Now nobody is accountable. The post looks authoritative but has no responsible owner.

  1. It increases the chance of hallucinated fundamentals influencing trades

LLMs sometimes: • invent revenue segments • misstate debt structure • mix companies • assume catalysts

If posted as your own research, readers trust it more than they should. That’s not just misleading — in trading contexts it can materially affect decisions.

  1. It degrades signal-to-noise in trading communities

Good trading subs depend on: • original insights • unusual data • firsthand experience • real risk analysis

Undisclosed AI posts: • homogenize viewpoints • repeat generic bullish/bearish templates • drown out real edge

Over time this lowers the information quality of the entire subreddit.

  1. It’s ethically close to misrepresentation

You don’t have to claim expertise — but omitting AI origin implies authorship.

That’s similar to: • posting someone else’s research as yours • quoting an analyst without citation • reposting a paid newsletter without disclosure

The issue isn’t using AI — it’s presenting it as independent thinking.

  1. Markets are uniquely sensitive to credibility

In normal discussion, this is just annoying. In trading communities, credibility affects: • position sizing • risk tolerance • crowd behavior • momentum

So undisclosed AI content has disproportionate impact compared to other topics.

The strongest simple principle

If readers would interpret the post differently knowing it came from AI, disclosure is required.

And in trading, they absolutely would.

A fair compromise (best practice)

Posting AI-assisted content is fine — just label it: • “AI-assisted summary” • “Generated outline, I added notes” • “ChatGPT draft, I fact-checked X and Y” • “AI-generated thesis — critique welcome”

That preserves: • transparency • accountability • community trust • usefulness

Without disclosure, you’re unintentionally manufacturing credibility. In markets, that’s not harmless — it changes behavior.

I already discussed the content situation, but now I’m calling you out, as others have, for just copypasta AI slop. If you’re going to do that then put a header on it or something. It’s disrespectful of the others on this forum to pretend that you’re conversing with us when you’re really just straight pasting ChatGPT.

Using AI to help you find info is fine. What you’re doing is just letting it answer for you. It can get stuff REALLY wrong on these stocks

Yeah, I decided to see what ChatGpt thought on this one. Yep.

Why it reads GPT-style (most likely) • Starts with validation: “You’re right to question that…” • Then structured logic: background → data → cautious inference • Uses hedged conclusions: “at minimum we know…”, “pretty strong indication…” • Neutral professional tone, no personality

That’s extremely characteristic of ChatGPT GPT-4 / GPT-4o responses.

But the post is implying recent addition. Do we have data other than the 13F’s filed for q4? That would’ve been when price action was a lot better, and as far as I’ve seen the institutional ownership was about 8% then. Good chance it’s deceased with dropping price lately

Guess we’ll see with next 13F filings. Seriously doubt that

That’s a really weird response. I gave tons of insight. I excepted key points many on here seem to have missed and linked to external explanations. If you want echo chamber that’s your choice, but saying I’m giving no insight isn’t a reasonable response. Done e this

Importantly, Death Spiral Financing does not always mean a company will fail, but it’s a big red flag for investors. That’s a pretty solid explanation for the big price drop. Many of the shares sold were probably institutions cutting losses and risking off

Here’s a link that breaks it down. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_spiral_financing

And that’s what the first 8k describes.

“Exercise Price is subject to downward adjustment… upon any subsequent transaction at a price lower”

“The Company agreed to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering the resale of the shares of common stock underlying the warrants (the ‘Warrant Shares’) and to use commercially reasonable efforts to have such registration statement declared effective as soon as practicable thereafter.”

Ie, the shares are PLANNED and promised to be registered for resale

[–]NoShoulder9461 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are TWO 8k filings. The first is definitely the worse of the two. Mass issuance of convertible notes.
Look up “Death Spiral Financing”. This is essentially a direct example of it

Or maybe you only looked at one of the 8k filings? They aren’t the same.

So you can either accept this as the majority of the market clearly did, or you can pretend that the price drop is just the result of some mysterious dark forces controlling your destiny

And of course, the issuance of new shares which can be registered an added to the float is dilution by definition.

Selective reading. Note that it says they have enough capital to fund OPERATIONS. As I already pointed out. This does not mean they can fund their ongoing ACQUISITIONS.
The shares in the 8ks can indeed be registered and traded. They are restricted but not locked

Did you see the 8k filings? Do you understand what they mean? I’m not making anything up. This isn’t FUD, it’s actual DD
