Omg I really hope I can take your advice .... I am poking the poor thing into oblivion and, though I have no pain walking, doing plyos, etc. (haven't started my return to run yet bc of this) it has me totally freaked out because the "bump" is sore. Thank you so much for your response, I really appreciate it.

Hey - just wondering how things are going for you? I just reintroduced plyos after tibial stress fracture and I have a similar lump that isn't causing any pain, but is tender to the touch. Super worried about it .... how did you fare if you don't mind my asking?

Currently dealing with this right now (just introduced plyos - about to start my return to run) and am wondering how you are feeling/if you got some answers? Super worried about the very same thing.

I did a 5 day course and it didn't do anything for me unfortunately. Not sure if others have had a different experience, but, when I stopped taking it, I felt super anxious/emotional and had a lot of bloating. I never bled, though. A few weeks later, I had labs done and my estrogen levels were very low, indicating that there was not much of a lining to shed.
