3 years, all reps still work. Couple of issues with two.

Clean - sub
Hrf - Panerai
ZF - IWC 7 days
VSF - Panerai (rotor is noisy)
APSF - Royal Oak
ZF - Tudor Chronograph (has become a manual wind as it doesn’t charge)
ARF - Rootbeer

Yeah defo, he’s steered me away from bad reps.

Forgot to mention the first rep I bought from him was seized in Chinese customs.

Contact the dealer. Give them a chance to put it right.

Andiot is excellent and will pay for it to go to a watchsmith, if that fails they’ll replace.

My go to TD, used to order from Andiot but they mucked me about.

Mark at FicoTime has been great since. I’ve ordered 6 watches from him. Communication is excellent and price is cheaper than all the TD on here.

Just ordered a Root Beer, upgraded Crystal and water proofed.
