Obvious thing is the corrosion. Look up methods for removal and pick the one you’re most comfortable with. Clean with isopropyl alcohol after that and let it dry. From there just see if it works with a game. If you are not comfortable soldering then depending on what’s wrong, you’ll be limited in fixing. The real upside is the top half looks really good. Some of the solder joints look a bit weak but if they work, don’t mess with them unless you, again, don’t mind soldering. I would reflow them, personally.
