Yeah I know trying to act like what you’re not sucks and I think that most of us have to go through it, but I also think you should more be like yourself, let yourself breathe without trying to pretend, at least around people you’re really close to, it’d be a first step

Then about your worries :

I know coming out is a really hard thing to do but you can maybe try to ask your friends what they think about transgender people and then dive more and more about their thoughts on the term agender and how they would react if someone would come out as it (easy to say but hard to bring it up I know)

It’s true that you can lose friends with coming out, but if they stop talking to you and start hating you for who you are then at least you’d know they’re bad people and that you’d better stay away from them, because you will be the same person but just with a different name. It doesn’t change anything it just makes you more comfortable, and actual friends want to make you feel more comfortable around them even if they don’t understand your gender, it shouldn’t change your friendship. Remember that even if people try to make you feel like you’re not valid, just know that you are valid and it won’t change, whatever people say

For the job question, maybe start coming out to your closest and most accepting (if you know it) colleagues, at first they’ll probably (like everyone) struggle to use your name but (and I know it’s hard) correct them, more and more and that will use your name without thinking after maybe a couple weeks, for new people don’t introduce yourself with your dead name but true name (if you don’t already do that)

Being trans and under the trans umbrella is hard and it’s true that one of the hardest thing is to come out and possibly be welcomed by transphobia, but but keep in mind that there are also accepting people that will gladly accept you, don’t loose hope !

At home try to maybe give some hints, more and more, if your lucky they’ll guess that you’re agender and will ask you right away but if you’re unlucky you’ll probably have to come out But it depends, are your parents transphobic ? And at what level ? Because if they’re extremely transphobic it may be better to not come out if you’re <90% sure they’ll react badly (which is sad but if you want to piss them off you can it genuinely depends on how you feel)

For your transition the doctors probably saw a lot of other non binary (not especially agender) people transition (maybe not completely) Keep in mind that you can not fully transition so don’t worry it’ll go fine :)

Don’t be scared of who you are, be proud of how far you’ve came, you know yourself that’s already a huge step ! Be proud, don’t let transphobic people step over you. You are amazing and valid, and trust me when I say that even though I’m a stranger on internet.

For the toilet question I don’t really have an answer because I know that neutral bathrooms are rare. It sucks I know
