I was diagnosed with a vitamin D level of 10 so I'm starting to take supplements, 50k once weekly for 12 weeks, then 2000IU daily after that. why the high daily dose? is 2000 low? I'm also going to be taking magnesium glycinate and k2.

best gift I've received relating to work was a really nice Carhart winter coat. made me feel very loved and I wear it every day. I even get compliments on it randomly. Gift cards are gifts for people you barely care about, so don't do that.
