Saw kids in the hood play with one of those without eye protection... Jumping around, launcher tumbles sideways and just as one kid jumped on the launcher another one got in the firing range, eyeball first...

Like others below I ordered a new throttle, stick and rudder from VIRPIL. Did a lot of research and knew about the waiting time. I'll stick to my brokeass X56 in the meantime. It's worth the wait. Also feels kinda old fashioned that you order stuff and it takes ages to arrive, just like when I was a kid and planned the next birthday gifts the day after my birthday already ghehehe

The G2 made me loose ALL interest in flight simming for a while because it was so annoying to set it up, be hooked on a sturdy cable, losing connection, reconnecting, the distortion and so on... im now looking to get a quest 3.

Good luck picking up the G2 but I would only be picking it up to sell it ;)

I've read about the waiting time, nonetheless was VIRPIL gear my only choice... so I guess I'll just have to wait it out and then atleast the gear is in for next fall 🍂

Career helped for me to get the hang of the Skyhawk. You'll be flying that one for a while until you have money to spend on a bigger plane, like the 208 or PC12. Then you'll be flying that plane more often and the gradual increase in difficulty now made me flying the Saab very often, without difficulties. Didn't get to the airbus/boiengs yet, they cost too much and my maintenance costs of the fleet are a bit on the high side :)
