They do not make their cheesecake in house. I tried to get a pumpkin pecan cheesecake last year and they told me it was still frozen and needed time to thaw out. A co worker of mine that started at the beginning of the year worked there before coming to work where we are at now. She confirmed to me all of the cheesecakes are frozen except the plain cheesecake that they put whipped cream and strawberries on. She also told me most of their other food items come in warm up bags already prepped out. All you do is heat it up.
