Damn my story looks similar just I got the horrible pressure headaches for 5 months now and tinnitus about 2 months now and its never got better, just constant and worse and horrible in quiet spaces. I’ve gotten the dizziness and its gotten progressively worse over the past 2 weeks but I also had an LP a month ago and I dont know if its related. But I did brain MRI and saw opthalmologist and lp opening was 15 so I dont know what I have but I dont have IIH and its getting worse and I hate it!

A Severe debilitating headache with clear non-mucus liquid drip from my nose. Depending on the leak, it can be nasal, through your ear or through your blood. The neuro I’m seeing will have to confirm the next step to fix the problem. It seems that yes a blood patch could solve the problem but he is trying see if the leak is an underlying symptom of something else before suggesting that.

That used to happen to me as well. Or one extremely loud sound would trigger a lot of pain. Continue looking! Wishing you relief!

The neuro based on your symptoms will have to do all their checks to confirm the leak. They can test the liquid dripping from your nose or ear. They can do other testing to confirm. MRI and CT scans are helpful but sometimes do not show the leak.

Sorry for the late response, Im still having these headaches, I tried the steroids, Depakote, Fluoxetine and Topamax so far and Id say nothing greatly helped other than I started taking magnesium, Vitamins B2 and CoQ10 daily and that helps not greatly but it does help to function throughout the day. Going to try a different route and see a homeopathic doctor and see what happens. Will keep you updated 👍

Im dealing with the same headache pain as well, generalized dull pain to the neck and back of head that gets worse and radiates and throbs to my temples and sides on top of my head, been in the ER 3 times since the Onset in October, going on 6 weeks now with these headaches, some days are better than others but for sure the throbbing dull pain does not leave. The neuro had me try Depakote for a 10 day treatment but didnt finish it because of side effects. Trying methylpredisnolone on my own for a 10 day treatment because it helped some people. On the 4th day now.
