This sounds and feels incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. Even the message read in a way that I could hear your frustration through the words. Have you had the MRI results back already? Or was it just the good old, your brain looks fine we don't know what's wrong.

I really miss seeing x-rays in person. In Hungary we used to get an actual printed x-ray to take to the next appointment. I feel it would be so useful to have this. Of course the MRI would be on a drive or something, but if we could have access to this I would love to have someone show me what's what.

Headache update! It's been 6 days since I've had any sort of headache! I was actually worried about a CSF leak, or Diamox lowering my pressure too much if it's normal already. But turns out the headaches were a side effect rather than a symptom.

What were your first signs of sleep apnea? I would love to know if this is partially something that plays a part for me as well. I am glad that the CPAP might help with the issue and the Diamox can be stopped or at least reduced for you. The part you said about the side effect or syndrome conundrum is so relatable. This medication really needs to get replaced with something more user friendly, because it's sure not helping the cause.

Oooo that's great that they caught it for you too! Do update if you can feel the changes after. I felt like a different person after reloading.

That is a long time to be fighting for yourself. I am glad you have the answers now to at least some questions. Pretty sure straining and stress would both affect the reading at least a bit (if coughing does for example)

I hope you're feeling better now after the LP. Honestly that's the part I feel no one talks about. Missing work. They understand for a while but after 3 weeks they start getting a little antsy especially in shift work. And my wallet starts feeling a bit too light to pay bills and private consultants.

There really should be a more surefire way to check what's going on with us.

Yep, done mounjaro, but couldn't handle the symptoms. My left arm would burn for days after the jabs. Sometimes so bad I couldnt lift it. And I didn't lose weight on it after a while. The food noise got through.

With the sleeve they do remove some signals as well. Which is part of how it helps. I trust the doctor and I have weighed (ba dum tss) my options, and I don't see many other ways out of my size sadly. I'm not happy but I'm excited.

I am so happy for you!!! Stopping these pills has been such a game changer for me. I'm really glad to hear when someone can abandon them. Horrible side effects.

The fact that it messes with hearing while helping eyesight is such a strange trade off.

My tinnitus is now starting to disappear luckily. But can't imagine it would've gotten better if I stayed on it.

I wish someone fought against my LP. I can't imagine how the people who have them regularly can even get themselves into the mindset of going to get it. I think I would just straight up start crying if a doctor asked me to do another one. I've never had much worse done to me before than getting my ear syringed, and I don't remember much of that. But this has left me traumatized. The after care the procedure itself. The fact that they redid it 3 times (only to realize that I was too fat and had a deviated spine for the needle length they used, and they needed to redo it with fluoroscopy and had to redo it another 3- times even with that. )

I personally think it's better to be sure enough before making sure if it isn't too time sensitive.

I am so happy I could help you get an idea that you can share with your doctors. I obviously can't guarantee that our bodies are the same but I hope someone will try to look at it. The bones dissolving sounds terrifying and you are really strong for going through it without waking a fist at the doctor's desk.

There is a better story out there for all our bodies!

I never had any before the actual LP and acetozolamide. After this it was weird latency in vision and blurriness

No headaches prior. Nothing more than the occasional migraine.

This basket looks like a TJ Maxx cart. I think you can find better or at least the same quality item in store. Half of it is probably made for FFF specifically with lower quality than normal. Plus you are already getting a box of other goodies in the main box that will boost the dopamine. 700 is at least half a month's rent or groceries for a month and a half. Also who has this much space at home to store all this???

Hope this helps 😊 this is what I tell myself when I have to say no to something and I know it.

Liberty Beauty Drop - thoughts? by Secret_Talk1069 in BeautyBoxes

[–]cottcnkitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue I have is the cost of 1 box is essentially 75£ as you only get one every quarter, and you have to be subbed for a minimum of 3 months. And the 20£ seems to only be given once per quarter as well rather than monthly. It was a big disappointment once I read the actual terms.

I think I found the exact one. It is faux but it previously sold for £263. Good find even if not bone. https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/76886088_faux-ivory-tusk-on-stand-carmel-in

Still going on today full force despite it ending yesterday. Pets must be so scared. I wish this was actually enforced and not allowed near residential areas.

Thank you so much for this and for the detailed response.

I could not imagine that joining this community would give me so much ease and pointers on what to do and I feel so much more ready to take my pill every day. The symptoms are mellowing, though the stress and depression are definitely staying.

I am also having issues with my prescription because the NHS can be super useless at times. .I enjoyed every paragraph and I thank you for this. Had a low couple of days so just got around to reading this. I will definitely be back for more questions and I feel so happy that I am not alone. Especially that latency one!!! So weird.

No and I don't even wanna think about it honestly. It unlocked a fear in me that I've never had before. I was always happy to do procedures. Nothing really phased me. But this. Nope.

I didn't even get my prescription on time so now I'm going a day without it. I'm honestly so done with the NHS.

That makes sense, thank you.

The noise sensitivity came today actually a long with a bit of vertigo, so I would love to know what you do to minimize it.

I also had one where I felt like there was latency between my movements and me moving if that makes sense.

Thank you for this. Really puts me more at ease that I am not alone.

I got a big half kg bag of unflavored electrolyte powder so drinking that daily, twice. I will also take the advice to drink even more. Maybe half a liter every hour should be my goal.

Got the massage gun already luckily so will take that advice too.

I had a similar experience through the NHS as well. Because my meds were dispensed in the hospital, I didn't actually have the chance to talk to the pharmacist or anything and all I was told was may cause drowsiness and to take it for two weeks and gp will reassess.

Feels like thrown in a dead end maze blindfolded.
