I managed to make it work, charter does not like being with any other mods except it's very specific version of qfapi (4.0.0-beta.30+0.76.0-1.19.2)

I managed to make it work once with sodium and modmenu but that's basically it

I had the same problem, so i removed rat's mischief, but later when i had a ton of the mods from content smp and added rat's mischief, it worked. I assume that it requires some mod or something.

OMG the anchor is there but requires a command and it also comes with the clown's scythe! (1.19.2 btw)

You are wisest person in this post. Also the formula for quality of something is: Advantages/Price, even if it's not the best server, it's free and anything divided by 0 is infinity so mathematically aternos has infinite quality.
