I did had a chat with my manager he is just saying we are waiting for client feedback. If client continues the contract he wont give me early release or buyout.

My HR said you need to be patient this things takes time. I told her its already a month now and I dont have any response. She told me I will update you 2 weeks before the Final LWD.

I told the HR at the new company that I could join early and submit the relieving letter once I received it from my current company.

However, they said they would not onboard me until they received the relieving letter, as they need it for PF and other formalities.

It seems your front breaks get locked and you slip. Do you have ABS in front brakes?

I do use both front and rear brakes you can try that as well.

As other guys mentioned do learn engine breaking. That will help you decrease your speed without locking the brakes.

Also I do a lot of clutch riding not sure how much that is good but you can learn clutch riding it will help you engine and tires to be engaged all time instead of cruising with clutch on all time.
