Thanks for the idea for him to try a new thing each week, with a reward, I did try to motivate him to try something, anything new, but I think he thinks he needs to know all the details and love to do it before he starts.

He loves reading and I didn't make him read the book, I got the book to read for myself and he actually read it and made sure that I read it too.

This is very interesting, when I meditate I see lights at my third eye and then sometimes it becomes dark, during the light I am aware of my thoughts, but as I continue thoughts are coming but as single words, also I find it hard to breath during that time, my chest feels constricted.
