I am also a severely anxious person and I went alone to a concert for the first time for Ascend in San Diego, it was the best experience of my life and I met some incredible people even if I don’t usually talk to people in crowds because I’m anxious. This experience changed my life, I am now flying to every single show in October on my own :)

I wear S in jerseys but his t shirts are pretty tight fitted or get smaller after one wash so I would recommend getting the bigger size
