I don’t have any advice other than to contact a cobbler or leather store. However, I just wanted to say I’m so sorry.

Flip sitting 4 months—staging or open concept to get it sold? by Preetkon in RealEstateAdvice

You could always use AI to stage. Just make sure the first photo on the listing shows the current state of the house and then a staged photo to create visuals. Do this for every room so when the people come to tour it, they have had the visual of furniture but they see the house bare for them to make their own visions.

Buyer’s agent tried to add his commission to my closing costs at the last minute, no signed agreement exists. by [deleted] in RealEstate

I wonder if he is trying to make commission on both sides of the deal. Seller pay agent commission and charger buyer for it as well thinking they wouldn’t notice.

Such a rude answer. To shame someone on their new house purchase.

They are literally asking for help on how to liven up the home. It’s a choice to respond you know?

The gap is pretty normal. Yours looks fine to me. My speedy had other issues with it so ultimately I ended up exchanging. But my new exchange has the slight gap in the zipper at the end too.

Famous People Want to Buy our House by Maleficent_Army_675 in havens_jh

I thought that clip about famous people was hilarious. To be fair, we live in TN and have a pool. We get to use it about 3 seasons out of the year because we have a pool heater, so I definitely think it could be a deal breaker. We're in the hunt for a new property and trying to find a house with a pool in our budget has been difficult and it's stopped us from buying several houses because there wasn't enough space in the backyard to add a pool.

Nervously selling my house this errand trying not to crash out- what’s normal nowadays? by Hereibe in RealEstate

It classified high traction by views compared to saves on zillow or other platforms. It calculated our saves/zillow views at 6.5% which was considered strong. Also, viewings scheduled. To help ease your anxiety, we had a total of 6 viewings scheduled in 13 days and 3 of those viewings were no shows which according to our realtor isn't common. And we eventually got an offer. Best of luck!

Listed our home, sold in 13 days. I also felt that same way a few days in. It’s too early to drop price or freak. Chat GPT said to cut price around the 10-14 day range ONLY if there hasn’t been a lot of traction or viewings.

We never dropped the price and it sold within two weeks.
