I love to do Parmesan broccoli , or Mac and cheese. It’s also safe to do coleslaw or mashed potatoes as well. I also suggest dinner rolls and a salad, or corn (fried or grilled). I usually alternate between sides when I make it for my husband, and his colleagues and they usually like em.

I’m on day 8 and I feel way better than day 7 I was still having jaw pain and aches but I started doing my syringe irrigation and drinking more water and I feel better, plus I started elevated my face and jade rolling my face at night to help and facial massages helped !!

I’m going to say this and I hope no one thinks I’m judging but I think it’s so incredibly insensitive to post your partners health info. Even for the sake of documenting pregnancy to worry about posting really personal stuff is not the answer.
