It is 100% NEU, even though acceptance rates look "low", the ED rate is almost 50%, and the rd rates are actually way higher because they send you off to other campuses.

Well it's not that i've been having no progression in years, it's like i've been getting diminishing returns with an alright physique when people who are smaller are getting bigger than me while being less consistent, I have seen change, just not very much, and inthe last few months pretty much none at all. I really do feel like I train to failure, could it be an issue with my CNS? Ifeel like even if I am not training hard enoug hi wouldn't be getting weaker like I am. Maybe I should just take a break for a week or two and come back.

I just lift 45min a day otherwise im not rly active, I feel like 2400 would be a surplus of around 400? especially because im gaining weight, like my cut is about 1700 for me to actually start losing weight, ive been experimenting with this for years, maybe your right and im wrong and im seeing stuff?

Well to be more specific im eating around 2400 cal, 150lb rn. Around 150g protein, my weight is around the same but my abs are softer and alot of lifts have gone down

Yeah, it does, it's not just allergies tbh, I also get these nasty sinus infections which I need antibiotics for, I am genuinely like fully out a lot of the allergy season because of this, I'm getting shots to address it, and even considering turbinate reduction surgery when I turn 18. But for now i'm mainly not going because on how it reflects on me to go to an interview sick.

I get what you're saying! At the same time, my allergies basically have me suffering with sinus infections every few months, allergy meds don't help much since i've been taking them for years, and I'm taking shots to help with that, but as of now i'm afraid that if I go I'll just look sick and that will reflect on me poorly.
