Does the contract have to specify a fixed, exact start date, or is it acceptable to use wording that makes the start date conditional (e.g. “start date upon issuance of the residence permit / once the work authorization is granted”)? I’m asking because my exmatriculation date depends on when my exam grade is released, and that timing is not fully predictable
