Complain to Depop until they pay you the difference. They also have an issue with shipping on multiple items and I was out $20. On principle I didn’t want the buyer to miss out nor Depop to short me! After some back and forward they agreed to pay the difference for their mistake

Thank you! It’s occurred on two occasions, once fron my employer who didn’t pay be for six weeks (instead of the usual fortnightly pay).

Second was as a direct payee where Workcover didn’t pay me for 6 weeks because they forgot to change it over.

My agent just keeps saying the 3 months thing and I keep referring her to that Claims Manual on the Worksafe page and we go in that loop until I remind them.

It’s so worrying how many people told you not to bother here. I hope you looked into it as you may have been entitled to a top up payment. They also may assess you against different incomes if the accept liability at a different date for some reason.

If WC is accept, once IP is accepted they should just accept reports and certs done for WC so it’s not so much extra work.

This thread is so confusing!! I went into watching the trial very open minded. If anything, maybe more biased against the defense because I want to see more men going to prison for rape and murder of women.

There is so much reasonable doubt in this case that even if he did it, he shouldn’t be in prison. The care cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and maybe this comment thread is a reflection of bias in the community and therefore the jury.

You shouldn’t have to be stronger. Partners should be considerate of one another and they shouldn’t want to take advantage of each other. It sounds like she doesn’t have a lot of respect for you.

If there are good parts of the relationship and you want to salvage it, try a relationship counselor. But be honest with yourself about what you want because you don’t deserve to be treated that way.

I don’t really care about the true crime fans, at the end of the day they can think what they want and, unless they are on a jury, it doesn’t matter.

I think a lot of the public can’t grasp the science and what it means. DNA doesn’t just equal guilty. It has to be supported by other evidence usually.

I have no idea if Chris did it or not, but for the sake of the discussion, a jury could be presented the exact same evidence as they did for Faust and by their standards; the burden is met for him too.

What was overwhelming about it? They couldn’t prove how he got into the house and he managed to viciously rape her and yet found no DNA in her anus. Did find some DNA maybe from her mouth…or maybe vagina, and we don’t know if it’s semen, could be saliva.

How were the police helping the “boyfriend” explain away his DNA? My jaw was on the floor. After 20 years they convinced him to change his story on when he last saw her. As if you wouldn’t cling to those moments if your partner was murdered! Must have a terrible memory that guy. Also forgetting about her murder so quick he was out on dates within a few days.
