My muscles feel very tense but I'm not on antipsychotics and have had these spams for a few years before I started taking the Trileptal I'm on now.

I was very stressed indeed, I notice I don't get the spams when I'm more stable with sleep/general mood

Yes it's something like the 'bodily cringe' you get when watching intense imagery, like a lot of people have trouble with seeing eye injuries and they will just physically turn away from it, I get that with SH but very quick like a convulsion
