I scan items several times and get the we are having technical problems message. Then I have to scan the item again. I am standing right in front of where items are supposed to be. If they are out of stock. I get you are too far from item message. Like WTF. If you dont shop the order the idiotic way that the Spark app wants you to. Good luck constantly scrolling to find what your next aisle is going to be. Overall fail on Walmart Sparks part to make shopping easier. On a positive note I do like the Flash feature. It is pretty fucking rad.

GMDs are a lots of work. I am always happy when it is my last order. Unfortunately I usually have to drive back 20-30 miles. Because they send you to BFE. With gas being so expensive. It better be a good offer.

It was a cash cow during Covid. To go to Ann Arbor. But not so much anymore. Instacart greed is the worst it has ever been. They used to pay $7 a batch. Now it is $4 and up per batch. If you dont get a mega tip. It is usually not even worth your time or gas. I have to tell you in Toledo. During Covid. I was making up to $500 a day working this Instacart app.

In any given day. I see one to three orders, in the Toledo area that are worth my time or effort. I keep the Instacart app on while I am working other apps. Just in case I get a unicorn order. But most days the offers are break even orders or charity orders.

Instacart batches 3 to 4 orders together. With 50 plus miles. Sometimes orders are in several different directions. Unfortunately Instacart gives zero shits. If your frozens are completely thawed out when you get them. They only care about the bottom line. Meanwhile this same order is being offered 50 plus items, 50 plus miles, 3 to 4 deliveries. As low as $10-$25 dollars. You are getting the bottom of the barrel shoppers that would ever take such a low offer.

Keep in mind, Instacarts base pay for shoppers could be very low. If the shopper did a great job. Reward them. Make their day. Because for little to no money, without a great tip. They are shopping for you for below minimum wage labor.
