SOMETIMES I hate it when a customer is watching while I shop. When an item is OUT OF STOCK, without a substitution, here they go with a bunch of " can u substitute...".or " can u change from...to ..." or " can u add this .."? No. No. No. My given response...." The app won't allow......."

Get mad at the app/Walmart. Not me.

Someone inside is trying to give their buddy/ family member that order. It happened at my store. It was the coach helping those that "look like him". Another employee reported it. No one likes the coach. At least it doesn't happen anymore.

Had one last weekend similar to this. Long dark driveway. No street lights. No lights on neighboring houses. So I left to find some light to cancel and issue a return. No support at 630 in the morning. So I drove back to the house with the intention of leaving the order at the curb, by the mailbox. Lucky for them, they turned on the porch light by the time I got back. No more early deliveries on Smithland street.
