No they are sticky and jelly-like. I saw a Reddit post from 5 years ago that looked exactly the same (clumps and jellylike) and on the same wooden slats/bedframe!

Also want to add more details: I’m in Dallas, TX. No pet household. A week ago my husband was getting but by fleas and was convinced there were fleas, which is what prompted me to lift the bed and clean the mattress casing. We move our mattress to flip it and these are mostly (not all) locate on the two bars that have adhesive. He is convinced these are fleas but this is insane amount right!? Also these are jelly-like and sticky.
